Resin Drive - any experiences?
Discussion
I've just got one of these leaflets through the door and a quick google/FB doesn't shed them in a good light at all really.
This firm seem to have a mucher better online rep.

My question is about laying on top of an existing tarmac drive, which we have. Surely they have to scrape off the top to allow for application of a thick enough layer of finished aggregate? How much would be deemed an acceptable thickness of finish?

No. Had someone come and quote me some stupid amount....5k or something.
My extension started literally yesterday, that's going up 1st then the drive .
I'm going for block paving but I want it in black/grey rather than the usual brindle type colour.
something like.....
The fact block paving can be lifted and repaired really easily it's what's swinging it for me.

I love the look of block paving when it is first completed, but I have never seen block paving that hasn't sunk in places after a few months of parking on top of it.
But at least you can remove the blocks, level it up and tap em back in. If you can be arsed. If your resin drive sinks or cracks, it's fooked......I know what you mean though.
Some of this Tarmac that drains away any rain is what you want https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=vlFX_WTFIis
