I've noticed a bit of a mess appearing at the foot of our bifold doors. Does anyone know what type of critter is making this and how I deal with them? Cheers...

Mouse is the most likely crulprit. Varying ways to deal with them dependng on how much you like mice biggrin

Looks like egg cases, not sure of scale but could be ants, not sure how/why they would get there though.

Perhaps look under door and around frame/threshold, ants sometimes nest in tight crevices.

This was my concern - we have ants on the other side of the doors. I have been trying to control them with ant powder.

Any recommendations for ant bait?

Very fine caster sugar mixed with bicarbonate of soda.
The ants then cant separate the sugar from the bicarb, they eat it
and it gives them massive wind, they cant fart or burp......they pop!
Not nice for them but effective.

A can of woodworm treatment spray with the hose attachment (as found on wd40 cans) generously flooded straight into their little crevices will sort them directly.
