Apologises for what? It's their choice to live in that awful camp.

I wonder how far along the construction of her migrant centre is?

What do you mean she isn't building one?

What do you mean shes just another ivory tower celebrity telling us little people what to do?

What do you mean she has no idea that these people represent the worst of immigration, the ignorance of a nations laws and borders and the complete demand for "gives".

Lilly Allen would have been better off apologising on behalf of France.

What have the French done to protect the children who have been left languishing in the 'Jungle' for months on end, apart from allowing them to be placed in such a predicament in the first place.

I'm sure Lilly doesn't need the exposure, and her pronouncements are purely altruistic and made whilst sober.

Off topic I know, but apparently Lily is working on a new album with Mark Ronson, unrelated to the subject of course

Poor things. France is so terrible. That's why millions of Brits go on holiday there and many have second homes.

I don't really pay much attention to celebrities doing stuff like this but don't see why people get furiously angry and start hurling abuse at them for it. They're just people, and if they're willing to go and see things for themselves then that's more than most bother to do.

Is that based on your experience of visiting refugee camps and speaking to refugees?

Most people don't have a media profile to maintain.

So, is 'going to see things for themselves' some sort of "going to stare at the poor people" thrill trip that no one else is allowed to do? Or would want to frankly.

If they only went to see things for themselves that would be one thing but why the need for them to spout such complete and utter crap when doing it? If they do spout such crap then everyone else has a perfectly good right to call them out on it. There is precisely zero per-cent chance of her allowing an 'unaccompanied' child refugee into her house to live. None what-so-ever and she knows it. Even less if she doesn't get to hand pick the particular child 'refugee'. It is a cynical attempt on her part at getting attention because she is a pathetic media we.

And WTF does she think she is doing by 'apologising' on behalf of the UK - or anywhere or anyone for that matter? Thick as pig st she is.
