Go and buy some proper halogen bulbs and a dimmer switch, £15 and will transform it. They look like cool white leds from the pictures, makes it look more like a dentists than a kitchen.

Yes the floor tiles aren't great, and the layout of the units poor. But you're not staying there. Let the new owner have the opportunity to throw their stamp on it. That picture might not capture the true light level and give a misleading impression. It's fine. Just K.I.S.S.

Amazon Prime is great. Bulbs ordered 11pm last night, here for 9am

So as sugested:
Warmer lighting,
Worktop cleared off more
Corner cupboard cleared. (looked bad completely empty)

Any other suggestions for selling this?
Add some flowers, fruit bowl?

Randomly what view do you have out that window?

I will be house hunting in the near future, and having a nice view out the window would be a plus, so possibly a window clean / imaginative use of filters on the camera to reduce glare?

Bearing in mind a number of estate agents use fish eye lenses as well, this may well help - illegally in IMO!

on okay garden out the back. We had a 10k landscaping done about 7 years back. It looks pretty good, well kept, though not many flowers out at the moment. Getting some winter pansies in tonight to fix this.

am just using an iphone with a cr4p fisheye lens stuck on for these pics to try and replicate the estate agents pics, though it focusses really badly like this.
