Where in London?

You see the thing is the times mentioned so far are no different from day going into London from Reading £600-700k will get you a decent 3bed house in a very good area. Door to door very similar.
Struggling with the want to live in a polluted city, and the challenges presented so far not wanting to live in a ghetto... seriously if that's the reality why would you? Is it simply because you want to be in Town as a post code and can have drinkie pops late at night without the worry of last train home v 24hr tube.
Why do you keep banging this drum? Its quite tedious, some people like to live in London, and are happy to pay to do so.Struggling with the want to live in a polluted city, and the challenges presented so far not wanting to live in a ghetto... seriously if that's the reality why would you? The idea of living in Reading holds zero appeal to me, for many, many reasons, but i dont go around telling every commuter stuck from another train cancellation that they are doing it wrong.

It's only mentioned once in this thread. The idea of living in Reading holds zero appeal to me, for many, many reasons, but i dont go around telling every commuter stuck from another train cancellation that they are doing it wrong.
Replace Reading with any of the commuter towns was my point.
The fear being ghetto avoidance in London which is a bizarre comcept

I don't think it is. Replace Reading with any of the commuter towns was my point.

While I don't have the cash to buy in Sloane Sq, its still reasonable in my book to not want to live in the middle of a load of estates etc. And there are areas suggested which are ticking that box, clearly you'll never be far from these things, but some areas are more run down than others,

Thats not the point of this thread, the point is, where IN london.
Its pretty clear to all how dull and borderline trolling your comments are.
