The only consideration (after whether you like it) is will it affect your mortgage offer (if any)? The amount you are apart is miniscule in that scale. The major aspect of house buying is domestic harmony. If you both like it, do it. Anyroad, nowt wrong wi bein tight. Just another way of saying careful.
