Haier American Fridge Freezer

I have an appliance insurance policy on a 12 year old Whirlpool American Fridge Freezer, it no longer has the parts available to repair this and Domestic & General have offered this Brand Haier as a replacement , had a nosey at them on AO and are the bottom of the range stuff, should I refuse this as its not what we had before i.e. Reputable Brand ?

Whirlpool aren't exactly top of the range either. The reviews on the AO website seem positive.

I've had the earlier version of that without the ice dispenser for a couple of years. The build quality is pretty good and certainly a lot better than the POS Smeg we had before.
