I've been researching some of the PCP deals on used EVs, particularly Leafs but the best rate seem to have gone. My Nissan dealer tells me it is because the cars coming onto the market now are better, but I suspect it's a reduction in subsidy from manufacturers.
Is speak EV the best place to look?
Thanks

Although that doesn't look as attractive when up against his latest deal of £199 down and £199 for a brand new Acenta 30Kw 3.3 or £500 down and £199 a month for a brand new Tekna 30Kw 3.3

Am undecided myself at the moment as that deal looks pretty good but can't help feeling its going to come down even more over the coming months as they get rid of the current model leaf to make way for the next....whenever that may be!

I was looking at getting an e-NV200 (Nissans electric van based on the leaf) and got a quote of a PCP of £330/month from a Nissan dealer. This was for an ex demonstrator, tekna rapid plus but seemed quite expensive to me, especially when I see people on here talking of £199 for a leaf. The van isn't much more expensive than the car so did I just get a poor quote or is that the going rate for the e-NV200?

I don't think they will get much cheaper than that myself. That price pretty much as low as they've been over the last 2-3 months - they were maybe 1.5 times more expensive 4-6 weeks ago - that was with bigger deposits too.

It's a good price for a good car. I you want one, just do it. There's always a chance the prices will creep back up!

I took delivery of a KIA Soul EV a few days ago and it's great. A much better car than the ZOE and seems a nicer all round package than the Leaf too (had one on a 3 day test). The only thing it doesn't do, which I really wish it would, is warm the car up from your phone. Other than that it's great, just been messing about with Android Auto which is pretty trick. So, don't discount the Kia too if you can get one for a good price. They look much better in real life than in the pics too, honest.
