cheap flat at £49k. wonder what it would be worth in London ?

the advert doesn't say it backs onto probably the worst and scariest street I've probably visited in Bradford !

Or a full house for £55k- with stone cladding.

http://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/prope...

and purely for laughs, this one comes with Jeremy Kyle pre-installed in the Living room.

http://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/prope...

or how about £42k for this gem ?

these are not really property nightmares, but it does show how cheap property can be !

Very easy to be sniffy about that, and to make 'council' comments about taste, but at least the owners appear to have cared for it and spent money on it.

It's that type of family I feel sorry for; surrounded by a relentless mass of ne'er-do-wells and scrotes.

Is that a Lowry on the wall in the Jeremy Kyle one?

Yes. I'm looking at the exact same print on my lounge wall, too... does this mean I'm council?

Only if it's a genuine one and you're oblivious to it's significance.

The house is 15 feet wide & they want £325,000 for which you get a garden like this:

its the price- £325k. that house is no better (in fact its smaller) than the council stuff I've posted for 50k !! I bet the area isn't much to write home about too.

It's Reading so it's close to the M4 where a lot of big businesses are based.

Check out the internal photos. Love the bucket in the bath, just adds that extra touch of class. Also the added bonus of estate agent in the mirror, amateurs.

What is happening here, is it some kind of dodgy factory?

I think its an office, not a factory.

It's got enough swivel chairs in it, that's for sure.

I get the feeling it's an asian household and they probably run a takeaway or similar so they're busier than hell hence not having time to tidy up and having massive bags of ingredients everywhere, not to mention the large pots.

If you have a look at the street view for that property it gives you a good insight into what kind of person stays there.

Close is good up to a point. Being a stone's throw from the M4 is arguably too close. biggrin. This place is Winnersh which serves little purpose to man not beast and where most people if they leave their house will be doing so either in a coffin or because KFC don't do delivery.

Frankly, if it's not walking distance to Mandela Court then it's over priced.

That really wouldn't take much effort to improve immeasurably. Bizarre how people cannot make the effort.

Is that a laserdisc player in the photo with the TV? A laserdisc!

hehe That got me, too. I counted 10 in total, but there may be a few others beneath plastic bags in the garden.

Seemingly not big fans of daylight, either. Maybe a vampire call centre?

Funny that, they seem quite house proud.
