Check out the internal photos. Love the bucket in the bath, just adds that extra touch of class. Also the added bonus of estate agent in the mirror, amateurs.

What is happening here, is it some kind of dodgy factory?
Repo?

The house is 15 feet wide & they want £325,000 for which you get a garden like this:

That really wouldn't take much effort to improve immeasurably. Bizarre how people cannot make the effort.
Funny that, they seem quite house proud.
Yeah, I was expecting the rest of the house to be a tip.

Actually no need to show the photo of back yard, just describe it. Estate agents are weird.

Lets try this one which appeared in my area on a right move alert.

So new it's not even on streetview and far too big for the bit of garden or garage it was built on, also seems to widen as it goes back too which would annoy if you're looking for square rooms!

That makes my skin crawl.

We recently visited a friend we'd known way back and popped in to see her and her new baby on the way back from London.

We roll up to their house and as soon as the door opened we were met with a blast of a cat st & piss stench so bad we both nearly recoiled! There was barely a surface, including the floor, without rubbish on it. The place was heaving and filthy - I've never been in someone's house like that. We seriously regretted agreeing to a cup of tea and had to leave as soon as we could.

We were mortified that the poor child was going to be brought up thinking that it was fine to live like that.

What would you do - we thought about saying something but bottled it.

It's not my thing and no idea re the area/vfm but seems like a good use of space. It'll appeal to someone.

I can't work out if it's just the fish-eye lens the estate agent is using or the odd shape of the house but the roof pitch in photo 8 looks very odd.

Description says it's a rental property with a tenant in it til next month. I doubt the LL can't make the tenant tidy up. LL to tenant: "Here's your two months notice to vacate, oh and the estate agent is coming round next week to photograph the property". Disgruntled tenant is hardly going to go out of their way to make the house presentable, even though most people would be ashamed to have the interior of their home plastered all over rightmove when it's in that state.

Probably something to do with the fact that the walls aren't square with each other? It actually doesn't look nearly as bad as the impression given by the narrow and rammed in frontage. But still, £475k?

I lol'd when I saw how far away the oven is from the hob.

Also, I count at least 16 spotlights in that kitchen, I hope they're using LED or you'll need a second mortgage to pay the leccy bill.

Used to be a shop

If this is the one in Chelsea it just sold for £713,000. Circa £1m value when renovated.

Lots to dislike about that house. This radiator in particular makes my teeth itch

Not just that but all the bedrooms look tiny, especially those in the roof - where would you put a wardrobe (considering the height issues) and only then if there is space for a bed too!

Yep! And the worse thing if you wanted to put anything against the wall it would not fit square in the corners or something! It's a terrible design

£713,823 to be precise. An odd number?

If it went to best & final offers, then buyers will often offer an odd number rather than risk another buyer offering the same amount.
