Yes it is. Looks like his work is very nice in terms of the build itself, beautifully finished, but that plot really was not made for a house to be on it! Retaining wall would probably give me a few sleepless nights, that's a hell of a lot of earth being held back. That whole part of Clifton road is under development now, but you need to be on the other side to enjoy the sun and views to the sea that being high up gives you.

Yes he builds a lovely house but not much you can do with a huge slope down at the back, IIRC the retaining wall was vastly over engineered to be safe
