That would appeal to a single person, who could only otherwise afford a flat, but prefers freehold a little outside space.

When I was 20, living in bedsit land, it'd be the sort of thing I'd have loved.

No Marilyn in the bathroom; I'm out. Fair play to these people, they make their homes the way they want them. People on pH are so quick to slate mcmansions with super yacht interiors, props to the folk who do what they want
