It's a detached house with a detached garage converted into an annex!

Yes the pics are horrible but decor is easily addressed and you are left with a detached house and an annex for family or to rent at £1000 per month.

That picture is the annex though, I'm not saying it's an attractive house, far from it BUT for multi generational living or to have a £1000 a month coming in on your doorstep ?

Yes it's a real estate nightmare in looks but someone will see it very differently.

Hm. Looks like it could even be the front of an MOT testing place.

1/3 of the front wall missing, and a what must be quite rare 14" CRT television in one of the pics as well.

Price seems steep.

Seems ideal for storing a couple of Ubers, a granny in the annex and a brace of 30 year old sons who'll only leave home once they are given a wife and another house.

For £800k in Farnborough you could get a 3-bed detached home AND a 3-bed semi, and both in a more convenient location.

I was browsing around and this place is pretty interesting - 4-bed detached, 1-bed log cabin type studio, decent size corner plot, canalside with 45ft mooring, sounds great until you look at the map/aerial view:

5 bedrooms, completely "redecorated" inside and out, but only £115k...?!

It's right in the middle of Sheffields badlands - https://goo.gl/maps/VR3uv4uRHgy

Who puts carpet in a bathroom?!

I realise that's the least of it's problems but who thought that would be a good idea?

You're missing the full sized sex pond off the bedroom!

Would have to UV that monstrosity before I went anywhere near it!

That is vile. Wilfully vile - is it some sort of ironic pastiche?

I've just bought a house where the 'family' bathroom has a window into the living room corridor and a slipper bath in the middle that makes it almost impossible to get to the sink, kazi or bidet which are dotted in each corner.

And the kitchen is about 40 foot long but only about 10 foot of it is kitted out to the point you'd struggle to open a delivered pizza in it.

Utterly baffling and definitely features wholly apt for this thread.
