Well don't start with the map or street view links in the advert.
The video tour is surely a p1ss take.

The whole area is a complete sthole. I thought Brighton was supposed to be full of air headed greenies.

Apparently it is a sought after development. Do they all look as filthy as the rendering does on this?
Not the same ones as I think they are the ones on the main road and streetview still has the industrial units there but similar - https://goo.gl/maps/x36p3ZEoBS3kSGSX8

No guttering on the roof, other than a central drain (possibly) so the rain just runs off where it can.

First photo is quite deceptive as it's only the bit on the left. Which makes it as an unfinished project ludicrously priced, even for New Malden.

Other than this place being for sale for ages, stuck on a plot between 2 roads on what was most likely a garden.

Can anyone explain what the architect was smoking when he designed the layout, specifically the study - photo 6 and the floorplan. What is it with that area hiding around the corner. Granted the bay is designed to fit the family bathroom upstairs and if it matched the study below you wouldn't have a very useable bedroom as they'd be no room for a door but christ on a bike it's a fugly solution downstairs.

I would have done one of two things, either made the bathroom upstairs smaller removing the bay and shunt the bay along to match the study walls, or just remove it entirely and make the bathroom and study smaller. It should open up some more light downstairs because it looks like there's not much space on that side of the house for light.

Are those two separate homes with the back doors? Looking from the back garden to the property. They're very narrow!
Looks like one house when seen at the front, maybe a split house, flat on ground floor and flat on first floor both with garden access via doors? It might then explain the open back garden without a fence between it and the funeral shop. Shared back gardens.

The story of the artist that lived there is of passing interest... it's quite a commitment to the house's history to keep the tin bath!

I blame Piers Taylor for giving people that kind of idea.

(He's the architect on the self build TV show who always advises house builders to use bare concrete in kitchens)
