What is the brand/model name of the sink?
It was one of these: Tavistock Match Havana Oak Run Right WC Unit 1000mm

it comes as a sink and cupboard unit, the toilet, cistern, taps and toilet lid were extra. I got it from Bella Bathrooms

We did floor to ceiling tiling
1.2x0.9m shower tray
Hanging toilets

Actually is one downstairs toilet, en suite and family bathroom.
Things have been bought over a period of time but I'd say all three done by the trades is about £10k incl vat.

Our shower ensuite shower head is called Amazon waterfall (bathstore) its 500mm long x 300mm wide - superb.

Mirrors with electric ports heated mirror and also hand sensor turn on.

Size wise
family bathroom is 3.5m long x 2.5m long
Ensuite is 3.5m long x 1m wide
Downstairs toilet is 2.x m long by 2m wide.
PIR in downstairs toilet.

I'm not unhappy with the price but over the moon happy with he result / especially as we put up with a tired bathroom for 7 years. Mrs loves it.
We didn't opt for underfloor heating in any.

I did an average sized bathroom (now a shower room only) for about £8k recently. Used quality tiles throughout, underfloor heating, and brands such as Bauhaus/Crosswater etc. Looks really good so we're going to attack the main bathroom soon along the same lines. I sourced all of the materials myself and negotiated on prices. There was a fair bit of prep work it must be said - 400+ year old house, some pipe work needed rerouting etc so the figure in a more 'standard' house would have been a reasonable chunk cheaper I would imagine.

Doing it all yourself inc plumbing & tiling in a normal sized bathroom I'd recon on about £3,250 based upon the two I've done

Did this 3 years ago for about 6k. Under floor heating, porcelanosa tiles, V&B sanitary ware and hansgrohe taps. Bath and freestanding tap were the biggest costs.

BAL adhesive and grout is costly too. Electrics are costly and require a qualified spark. I all the tiling, UFH and second fix

Mentions of water resistant cement boards and Tanking on this thread.

Are the waterproof boards such as Marmox not popular then?

Sure, they're Studio Conran ones, from a range called Linea. They do various shades and patterns. That pattern is called 'Point' and the colour is 'Smoke'. You can also get plain ones without the gloss blobs.

Largely because they were the cheapest supplier, I got mine from here, but there are plenty of other suppliers: http://www.tiledealer.co.uk/studio-conran-point-de...

The supplier had a somewhat mixed reputation but I had no issues, they delivered on time and the tiles were intact.

In terms of laying them, I had no issues. Easy to cut and drill, not so big that imperfections in the walls cause issues, and reasonably thin (I had to apply them to skimmed board in parts, so didn't want anything too heavy).

I used marmox boards. Easy and straightforward. They are delicate until tiled though.

Depends on too many factors. I'd say 4-12k but could go either side depending on quality of finish, size etc.

If it's a very old building be careful with waterproofing too much/which materials you use - breathability is as important.

We did 4x bathrooms/en suites a while back and it was around 40k from memory. But as per a poster above the house is very old and there was a lot of faff needed to get what we wanted in each space. The end result was fantastic though.

OP another factor regardless of size and "issues" is do you want a Bronze silver Gold or platinum finish? The same space fixing legacy issues /infrastructure issues would be the same but then the tiles lighting mirrors and suite can be massively different.

You can buy easily £200+vat L shape toilet roll holders for instance yet a budget bathroom all in might not be too much more than that! My wife got the bathroom fittings.... they do look lovely however I winced when I saw the receipt.
