Looking for a new lid this year and really missed my old flip lid (Nolan) as it just makes life easier when riding in a group.

Anyone got one of the above? Any reviews? Kinda like the idea of the carbon one, as I have a mild carbon addiction, but wondered if there were any real world experiences out there. My Shoei has a chip in it so I have the excuse for "another" lid.....

https://www.sportsbikeshop.co.uk/motorcycle_parts/... is the one that has my eye right now.

I'm so close to buying it......just hoping someone can give me an idea if they are any good or not, there seems to be little known about them, though, as usual, all non owner reviews do seem to wax lyrical about them.

Stock is not great on them! 2 week wait. I hate waiting.

They have a lot of Xlight lids at the ducati dealer in Bristol. I might go and have a play.

spoke to x-lite at the London bike show recently and was very impressed with their products, didn't see the flip up lid but a friend of mine was trying on several of their full face carbon offerings and seem like a really good buy.

I've got an X661 Extreme Titantech. The name is a but much but it's a full face helmet with a clear coat over a composite weave with a titanium microlayer. Essentially, it looks like a grey graphite weave which is slightly silver under direct light.

As for the helmet, I absolutely love it. Great fit, very light, very high quality. They are a brand that really seem to suit me.
