Mate found his shed been lived in
Discussion
Mate checked his shed and found its been lived in. It's out of the way at a scrubby end of the garden with a footpath the other side, but there's a ropey half blanket and 'medical' equipment.
Also a mouldy take-away so looks like it's last been lived in over a month.
What do you do? Stick all the stuff in a bag and take down the tip or let someone know?

First thing that would concern me would be where whoever lived in it had been going to the toilet to be honest.
"Medical equipment" presumably needles? I'd put on some steel soled boots and check none have been deposited anywhere else in the garden and be really careful about touching or moving anything.

Bin the stuff ,buy a big padlock, secure entry to the garden better.
No used stuff in the shed. Only the takeaway remnants to worry about. If you bin the clean in its wrapper stuff and get caught red handed binning it ( what do you have in that bag) - what happens
Good point above about the lack of facilities, nothing obvious - didn't look too far
The very first thing that sprung to mind was fire, burn it to the ground and leave the blanket on top of the charred remains.
Or just for fun, fill the shed with hundreds of balloons, thatll freak em out. Plus when they inadvertently pop one you will know someone is in, then quickly set about the shed with as much pallet wrap as you can get your hands on, before reverting to plan 1- fire.

Indeed. We have had a spate of smackheads leaving discarded needles in the lockbox of our containers at the mo. Lads put there hand up to unlock, stabbed with a needle. Only one thus far fortunately, show's the scumminess of these dirgebags."Medical equipment" presumably needles?
