Replaced our en-suite shower room last November, foolishly went online to buy the sanitary wares and shower equipment. Barely used as we use the main bathroom, the showers valve bar has packed up, none delivery of water to shower heads. On the phone to ask about returns to find I am in a terminally long Q of 35 other customers. Three attempts later and this morning it's hardly any better, waited about five minutes to jump up the Q by one place.
Email the problem, fine off it goes with images of the valve bar only to receive back an email explaining that due to being
extra busy the usual 3/5 day response times may be longer.
My guess is it's just another example of very poor after sales service, we have your money so we don't really give one.
Fortunately we are not reliant upon the faulty product, having another shower in the house. Just imagine if it was the only facility though.

Next time I will pay more and go local, lesson learnt.
