DON'T choose off price alone, request a written quote detailing the foundations clearly. it's dead easy to save £500 by skimping on the depth of MOT/Dot & Dab with the Mortar. Both save time & money very easily and you might never know.....until X years later when you start to have issues.

Thank you, all so far have been via text or verbal. The one I get a gut feeling id go with said he would provide a written quote or each stage and price. I personally don't think its hard to be this professional.
So il ask the others for a written quote also. If none is provided then, well it speaks volumes.
