Boiler Replacement

My boiler is in the latter stages of it's life. It still works, but I'm looking at replacement

I live in a 3 bedroom semi detached house in the midlands.

I got a quote from a plumber who I know does good work to do the following:

Replace the boiler with a Worcester Combi
Replace 2 large radiators and 3 small radiators
Replace bathroom radiator with heated towel rail
Replace shower for one compatible with combi boiler.

How much do you think this should cost?

My plumber quoted £5500, which I think is......very excessive?
