Help to fix French doors please

Hi folks, my French doors are damaged at the top, the central bit has broken plastic so there's now a draughty hole....it looks like when they are made a top cap is put on the central part, does anyone know if these parts are available anywhere, I've had no luck searching google, eBay or amazon
