Looked at this this afternoon; apparently BOSCH SIEMENS NEFF group have big issues with supply right now with some not available at all and most around 8wks from factory

Interesting point about cheap vs expensive; coming from a standard electric hob I am not sure I would notice the difference but really like the rotary dial as I used one at a cookery school a year or so ago and it is much more intuitive than buttons but each to their own I guess...

Time for more research methinks....
