You're all my friends and it says on the website that the more friends you invite the more you can earn, so here is the referral link:

https://www.eufylife.com/uk/referral/buy?ic=a7cbf9...

Remember I'm splitting the reward plus you get the extra spares too. I get a confirmation email if the link is used to purchase.

PM a screen grab if you use it so I know who to split with and I can just PayPal £20 as a gift.

Do you guys still recommend the Neato for a mix of floors (tiles and carpet)

If so, which model?

Thanks

Our Neato is great on laminate and rugs, the big spinning brush on the front works especially well on the rugs.

We have a Frenchie and copes fine with his hair, longer hairs can get tangled in the brush on the front and the small spinning side brush.
It takes a few seconds to remove the brush however and they give you a little cleaning tool to cut and remove hairs so not a major issue, any vac with a spinning brush would suffer same issue anyway surely.

Ziglint D5 arrived last week. Seems to do an excellent job and is decent quality.

I have a question about the models with mapping (I've got a few years old Roomba myself, so am familiar with general capabilities): Does it generate/save several maps for different floors?

As with my old Roomba, it just bumps around, and only seems to have slight intelligence (goes fast across the room, but slows down before it hits something when it is preparing for it), I don't think it's remembering rooms after each vacuum although possibly is when I use the docking station.

I've got a townhouse with 3 floors, and am not prepared to buy 3x robot vacs, but wondered how the modern mapping robots cope when moved between floors, can they figure out where they are quickly or do I have to tell it within an app (which would be annoying).

How do they cope with with the fronds on a sort of Persian rug? 1-2" long along each end of the rug?

Can anyone comment?

Thanks

I'd rather not have a rug if it meant I had to do the hoovering myself.

You may get lucky but my experience of anything remotely string shaped is the brush bar will snag them and stop the machine.

My eufy arrived today and I must say I am impressed for the money. Seems to do a decent clean and has some intelligence built in which is more then I expected.

She does take the long way home to the charging base but she got there. I think I need to try a few positions as maybe there's a better location to make it easier

When did you order? I ordered mine Sunday and not heard anything from them since. My order just says ‘processing’ but they’ve had the money from my account.
