Mine arrived smile. I expect they could be struggling with stock due to the offers?
Mine too!
Just has his inaugural run......astonishingly good! Even parked himself nicely - very impressed.
He briefly appeared stuck after clambering up a bit of a drying frame, brushes waving helplessly in the air.....but then backed down and carried on.
For what looked like a reasonably clean house, he managed to pick up a fair old tray of muck!

I'm hopeful that Dusty the RoboVac will follow Rob O'Mow in providing many years of dutiful service.

Now that I've purchased I can refer someone....

I'd split the cash 50/50 so you'll get it for £20 cheaper plus £38 worth of accessories.... an absolute bargain for £150 for the Eufy 30C plus the accessories surely?

I was considering one of these but it says it's £269.99, not £150?

How do they cope with with the fronds on a sort of Persian rug? 1-2" long along each end of the rug?

Can anyone comment?

Thanks
A bit late to this party, but I've got a Roborock S6, which works through an app that allows you to mark no-go zones on a map of your house that it creates the first time you run it. That means you can tell it not go on the tangly rug or near the unmovable pile of cables under the sofa. It works really well in my place, although it does get confused if you pick it up and move it to a different floor in the house. I'm hoping they'll sort that with a future software update and let you tell it which floor it's on.

It was a limited time offer. But I can still get you £20 off the full price if you're willing via a referral link. Could be worth waiting for black Friday though where they may drop it back down to £170?

My eufy arrived today and I must say I am impressed for the money. Seems to do a decent clean and has some intelligence built in which is more then I expected.

She does take the long way home to the charging base but she got there. I think I need to try a few positions as maybe there's a better location to make it easier
When did you order? I ordered mine Sunday and not heard anything from them since. My order just says ‘processing’ but they’ve had the money from my account.
Ordered Thursday evening I think. Fullifiled by Amazon the free brush kits arrived the day before the hoover

Apologies if this is considered a thread hijack, but has anyone got a robovac repaired out of warranty? I've inherited a very old Neato XV that's flashing up an error code. Neato put me onto their official repairer, but the online reviews of them suggest I should steer well clear. The only other place I've found also has lousy reviews. Seems there's a gap in the market for a reputable repairer...

I just ordered the 30C for £189 with the code from this page: https://www.eufylife.com/uk/activities/hotdeals?se...

I moved into a house with 10 year old Roombas (quite a few of them) and I'm tired of repairing them. So I'm going to swap one out with the 30C and see how it gets on.

I have a variety of levels in my house, so either need to carry a robovac from place to place or have more than one.
What are they like when you move them between areas?

To everyone who's ordered with my referral link, as you're aware, the email says it can take up to 30 days to clear. But don't worry, I haven't done a runner smile.

PS: My 30C is working marvelously, has never got stuck and always returns to base. I have it scheduled daily.

LOL! We have the faith....
Mine is currently having another skim downstairs, right on schedule - 3 runs so far, 2 emptied boxes of dust and hair (no pets though!) - doing an awesome job, I would say!

eta: Ironically, after sending this, out wifi went off. Not a common occurrence, so naturally I wonder if DustyBin has caused an issue.... ....but no, Virgin Media confirm I have no internet now. He is now parked in the kitchen, clearly MUST have wifi to keep moving!
& I’m typing this on a phone hehe

The 30C is pretty good, it cleans reliably well and doesn't commit suicide over some ledges (as the Roomba occasionally did). And at £189 (with the £80 off) seems to represent reasonable value.

So much so, that I've ordered another one to replace the ageing lemming like Roomba in a different room.

Edit: they just refunded me £20 as the price is reduced by £100 today. So even better at £169.99

You're all my friends and it says on the website that the more friends you invite the more you can earn, so here is the referral link:

https://www.eufylife.com/uk/referral/buy?ic=a7cbf9...

Remember I'm splitting the reward plus you get the extra spares too. I get a confirmation email if the link is used to purchase.

PM a screen grab if you use it so I know who to split with and I can just PayPal £20 as a gift.
Just a reminder for those that Mr Prohibiting's offer still appears to hold (extra brushes, filters, roller!), & as mentioned above, the thing is back on sale!

I've been checking on ours this week - aside from a couple of minor "I'm stuck" issues (notably a clothes stand with splayed feet he appears to want to hump for ages hehe), I am astonished how well Herbert works.....& how much dust & hair he collects!
Even carried him upstairs, & he happily roams about cleaning up there too (obviously needs taking back to charge - he doesn't do a lemming impersonation at the top of the stairs!)

Happy to take just 10% of all the people who follow your offer hehe

Careful of cables which are on the floor, our Neato chewed up a new iphone charger which was beside the bed, actually stripped the rubber coating off the end! Thankfully it still works, but still annoying!

Yours may have a thing for cables, but my robovac was an absolute perv when my ex lived with me.

Many a day I’d come home to find him stopped in the middle of the floor with a pair of her underwear chewed up. He had a knack for finding them.

It's back down to £170 on their website. Use my referall link and I'll give you £20 back so you'll get it for £150 plus the extra accessories.

For those that have used my referally link, I checked my bank account today and I haven't had the referall money paid in yet from Eufy. As you're aware, the email which I forward on to you says it can take up to 30-days per referall. I tried to telephone Eufy to find out more info but their lines close at 11:00am.

I'm sure it'll come through soon!

I used your code earlier on - didn’t take a screen grab tho! In all honesty the free spares are a pretty good start regardless, just wanted to let you know in case you were unsure who the hell bought one today on your code.

Course, wouldn’t say no to £20 either 😂
