Totally ridiculous price. Looks like the disused toilet in my park where all sorts used to happen

You do get a narrow slice of seafront to wander up and down while sipping a tea brewed in your refurbished piss palace.

33sq meters!!!!! for £220k. It was meant to be one two bed bungalow with parking and garden but the greedy developer thought 2 bug hutches would be better. The world has gone mad.
Looking at the street photo, it looks like it had just rained. Possible that the wall behind the pipe hasn’t dried yet?
At least it’s symmetrical.

The bathroom:
Miscoloured boxing between the sink and tub.
Bath panel looks upside down.
Bath is too high so the panel doesn’t reach the ground and can’t be sealed.
No bath screen due to the window.
No curtain pole.
No full height tiles so the shower will destroy the wall pretty sharpish.

Bedroom:
Distribution board in the bedroom.. really?!
Skew radiator plug

Kitchen:

Base unit door rhs and lhs of the oven has the door on the wrong way so limits free access when open.
Rhs base unit door by cooker needs adjusting as the top leans forward.
Skew plug on wall.
Poor finish to underside of window board.
Plinth falling down rhs of cooker.
Small section of plinth lhs of cooker not in line with the rest of the plinths.
Decor panel for washing machine cavity is not touching the floor. Poorly cut and fitted.
Extractor fan chimney needs cleaning.

Exterior:
Builders leftovers need removing.

Pic 14: neighbours rear garden with child’s toy in the centre looks rather ominousbiggrin are they filming the new Saw there?

A little project on the East Coast. Just needs a little bit of finishing off.

I have no professional knowledge or experience but that doesn't look too bad to me

I spotted that this place was up for sale the other day as it's on my regular run route.

Apart from the size and location, everything else about it wouldn't look out of place in a neglected 70s semi. I suppose it isn't a total nightmare but you think they'd make a bit more effort to tidy it up when you're asking £1.75m.

That pool is tiny - based on the football in the photo the ceiling can't be more than a metre or so.

The amount of money you'd need to sink into that would be mind boggling and the rooms they have done look like broom cupboards. Good location though, even for Brid. A nightmare though? Absolutely!

Get it structurally sound and water tight first, maybe they ordered the windows and ran out of money before they had to be paid for.

Our local public convenience was sold and converted into a little coffee bar, but with no toilets.

Don't they even have a staff toilet ?
