Could PistonHeaders turn thumbs down on a house with a 10-car garage? Always a first time! https://www.rightmove.co.uk/properties/145965245#/...
How can the photo quality be so poor? Even the cheapest smartphone takes better photos than that.Diner / pole dancing room is a nice touch.

£150k for a terminally damp, unmortgageable shed with a leaking roof and, from which, someone's halfway through nicking the stove.
Oh, and it's on a peninsula, one spring tide or winter storm away from disaster.

Yup.

Yup.
Presumably unmortgageable buildong with no interior photos.

It’s on a river though.

Big "floating house on Grand Designs" vibe. It will be bulldozed before you can say 'riparian views'.https://www.rightmove.co.uk/properties/145406528#/...

"She's on the lookout for a solicitor".I hope a solicitor reads this and acts for free for me.
It's an interesting situation.
The original planning permission for the two new dwellings was granted in 2012, and they're not where the photos suggest they have been built:
https://planning.fife.gov.uk/online/files/75AD96B4..._BLOCK_PLANS__PROPOSED_FLOOR_PLANS_ELEVATIONS-915818.pdf
That permission was renewed in 2016, without any new drawings.
Then the land on the other side of building was auctioned off in three lots in 2017:
http://www.mccraemccrae.co.uk/documents/27.05.16Do...
And the renewed planning (which is for the other side of the house) renewed for a second time in 2018, again with no further drawings.
So perhaps the root of the problem is the buildings not being built where shown, and the owner feeling somewhat isolated as the land around her gets sold off.
But the house itself is sometimes described as having as few as seven bedrooms or as many as 11, depending on where it's listed.
All quite tumultuous.

Agree on both points. It’s rather… busy. Somewhere.
