Patio cleaning… gadget or chemical?

We've got a Bosch pressure washer with their patio cleaning attachment to clean the sizeable patio we have out the back - unfortunately, due to our furred up mains supply pipe the tap can't produce enough flow to make it work properly (water feeds through but there is no pressure in the jets) so it just ends up getting the patio very wet.
We ended up using patio magic first, let it clear what it could then hosed down with the normal pressure washer.
The attachment looks really useful, however if you have water flow/pressure issues, then don't bother, just use a normal pressure washer.
Karcers’ come with two sizes of nozzle maybe you have the wrong size?We ended up using patio magic first, let it clear what it could then hosed down with the normal pressure washer.

Let's just say in our house we have to anounce when we are going for a shower, as flushing the toilet or turning a tap on results in the shower going very cold then switching off until the cistern has finished filling.....

I see. Karcher gives you a spare pair - you choose the pair that suits your water pressure/flow at the tap.
Ah, the Bosch one had two adapters, but they depended upon which model of pressure washer you have. The water flow at our place is causing a few issues - usually with people coming round to work on the house. Both the chap who had to unblock out drain and the driveway cleaner complained about how long it was taking to fill their stuff up, so getting the supply pipe fixed is on the list. Plus I've had enough of that bking I get when I forget the wife is in the shower and flush the toilet...
Recently did ours with a mix of patio magic and a Bosch pressure washer (140w Advanced Aquatek).
Patio Magic appeared to to naff all.
What makes the difference is using the rotary nozzle attachment.

Works loads better than the fan spray attachment, feels powerful enough to remove skin and hair and blasted through my block paved drive and stone patio with ease. Took a while and made a mess though.
The consumer level pressure washer patio cleaner attachments just don't seem to cut it.

Definitely gadget.
I used to do patio cleaning myself. For a while, I relied on Patio Magic. It did a decent job, but it required some manual scrubbing and wasn't always perfect.
However, my perspective changed when I decided to give professional pressure washing services a shot. I tried out Pressure Washing Oahu, a local company, and was impressed. The results were great, far surpassing anything I could achieve on my own. They brought in heavy-duty pressure washing machines that were far more powerful than any gadget I could have bought off the shelf. Cleaned every inch of the patio, including hard-to-reach corners and cracks. Left no traces of dirt and grime.

This thread has prompted me to also ask for advise!
Our wall which doesn't get any sunlight is as below (zoomed in picture from the Ring system), so apologies for quality, I don't know what it is, assuming some form of mos/algae, but this wall doesn't get sunlight really.
I've tried wet & forget, bleach, white viniger & power hosing, without success, however we've had a lot of work done to the house & it's time to get this bit sorted as it annoys me no end! Power hosing just takes the render off.
Any suggestions?

Sodium hypochlorite
Spray on & leave for how long?Do i need to agitate?
Cheapest from farm shops - its dangerous stuff, use carefully, the strongest you can buy to sort the issue youve described

Can't be arsed with dirt spraying everywhere with a pressure washer.
Initial results from BAC50 diluted 20:1:
How long did it take to come up like that? I've used some wet and forget last year and it worked pretty good but took weeks. I also need to spray my render as that has gone green off the non stop rain we've had this winter.Initial results from BAC50 diluted 20:1:

It's not instant. IIRC that's around 6 weeks. As an experiment, I pressure washed my front and rear patios, in October, when we had the hot spell. I then BAC50'd my front patio, and left the rear, as a control. Total area about 120 sq m.
The front has remained clear of any algae/moss, whilst the rear has a lot of green, with moss growing on the jointed areas.
I used a 15% hypochlorite solution in a sprayer earlier in the year, on the front drive too. It killed every bit of lichen and growth within 24 hours. The over spray destroyed the clothes, and boots that I was wearing. DO NOT use anywhere near your pets, neighbourhood dogs, birds, ponds or lawn.
I also use non-caustic traffic film remover when I pressure wash in the early Spring, and it sure helps break the dirt down.
Over the winter, I used a very strong dilution of own brand Bio Washing powder in warm water on the algae/moss on a control area at the rear. The moss went brown and died within 72 hours, and lightened the blackened tiles by about 25%.
The BAC50 plus pressure washing combination definitely gave the best results, but BAC50 is not pet or wildlife friendly. I have to lock the cat(s) inside at the front for 72 hours of it drying and only use it at the front of the house.
