Mr Tuck! A legend I know well from the world of running - he's still finishing in the overall top 10 in some road races despite being into his 60s!

The one and only. I tried keeping up with him on a run once - nope, not a chance!

How old are you? Lived in the area long? Send me a PM so perhaps we don't ruin the nice house thread! Haha

IIRC he has some rather nice cars as well so would imagine the garages arent bad either.

Love that superdry owners place.

This will do as well

But I think I'd prefer a house like this style.

Battersea Power Station actually being advertised for sale for a change. Save it from the footballerists.

And if you have to ask how much...

I can see the whole site being bought by some Arab nation/Sheikh. Mind you, a football stadium would fit well here.

It really isn't as green as all that though. And probably never will be, which is a shame.

Someone needs to do something with it, and the football answer may be as good as it gets.

This was on the market and sold a few years back (+5ys I think) back on the market. The only difference I can remember is the garden cottage and garden not included in this sale, the 1 acre area to the left of the entrance on the map.

Grade II listed medieval manor with loads of original features - http://residentialsearch.savills.co.uk/property-de...

That looks nice but it needs a few bob spending on it to release its full potential. There were rumours locally that Katie Price was going to be buying it, thank the lord that doesnt look likely now its on the open market.

Very nice indeed, I wouldn't want to 'live' in it but would certainly like to visit you for weekends when you buy it biggrin
