Below is a still from 'Deep Throat that was filmed at 3980 Wood Avenue, with Linda Lovelace and Harry Reems, the most famous porn film ever. Most was filmed in a hotel but some in this house. They have not updated at all since the film s it is like stepping foot on set.

My neighbour's place has just come on the market. Nicely done and in a nice spot, but I'll be interested to see if they get £1.8m with only 3000sq/ft.

Still like this property as much as when it was on Grand Designs. Lovely location, and very close to some stunning driving roads.

Nope. But the barn could be utilised as a garage of sorts, I suppose.

If they get close to the £1.8m asking, then that's good news as it means the recession in the village is officially over.

you could build one though, maybe even a glass-floored one over the lake... got enough land. For a modern place i quite like that!

Blimey - IIRC that has been for sale for some time... as in, 3yrs+

Or just keeps changing hands?

Edit to add:
At least since 2010, when it was £1.6m

http://www.flyforums.co.uk/general-fly-fishing-dis...

Further correction, 2009, £1.9m
