Have to say that's one of the nicest places I have seen on this thread. I'm not from around there but if I recall correctly there are some great golf courses nearby that I have played and it's a gorgeous part of the world.

Very nice indeed.

It's nice shame about the above ground swimming pool, still at least you could get it ripped out without leaving a hole to fill biglaugh

apparantly built in 1996? didn't look like a new build to me.
That place has been for sale for ever (or, it changed hands more than once in the last year or so).

It's nice enough, but it's surrounded by loads of other houses on a very claustrophobic lane. Plus, if memory serves me correctly, the access to the houses on that lane is terrible - OK from one direction but along a greenlane from the other. There's a reason it's called 'Stoney Lane'! Which means you need to go the long way round whenever you want to get anywhere (or buy a Land Rover on mud terrains...)

I lived in Bovingdon for 15 years and there is absolutely no way that will go for anything close to £2m. I'd be surprised if they got more than £1.25m.

You have to be kiidding? That is fking amazing. Sure it's going to need stripping to the brick but seriously. Look at the detail. Gorgeous. I guess it's a st part of town?

"In need of modernisation", just a smidgen of an understatement. Fantastic though.

Slightly OTT new build planned just down the road from me, on a £/acre it's very reasonable... wink

Does that count as Godalming? Great position, plus you can get to be one of those people who moves in and then complains about the noise from Dunsfold.

No noise from Dunsfold around here (I'm within a few miles of that plot above), you'd have to have superhero hearing, or a separate issue wink as Godalming is about 10km from Dunsfold.

It does happen from time to time. The Zonda R wasn't particularly popular, but then that is bloody loud.

I doubt it was anyone complaining from the other side of Busbridge though!

Needs complete internal cosmetic redecoration, but this is a cracker on a lovely road...

Extremely well looked after. It gets snagged on a monthly basis for marks on walls/accidental damage etc.
