This is my back yard. Keeping the grass (I cannot call it a lawn and pass a red-face test) green is a challenge for 8 months of the year.
I'm lucky to have a fully fenced property - lots of houses in the neighborhood have open lots, which are no good if you have kids, dogs or want a little privacy.
I just finished screening-in the lanai - and one of these days, I might put the pool cage back up (Hurricane Charlie did for the original) - I'm hesitating because they are ugly - but do create an extra 'room' and cut out some of the solar intensity.

I thought this was about back gardens? Still, this one has the front garden in it and the house - oh, and I added a car in there (we are on PistonHeads after all!)

This has turned into a garden porn thread. I don't know which is worse, the fact I'm now interested in people's gardens or the fact that mine is bloody horrible. Granted we only moved in 3 months ago but I want an instant nice garden, NOW!

Noooooo! Why does everyone ask me that? scratchchin

Actually, have done several but normally just friends or family. We just like wafting around in Rolls-Royce motor cars. Went to Morrisons in her on Tuesday.
