Cute. Always funny to see them gambol along for a few days trying to work out how their legs work.

I think she's been bred so that they stand a fair chance of winning the "Knobbliest Knees" contest.

she was up and walking (no stumbling) within 10mins...she's very keen

she'll be used for Endurance (by my g/f) and recreational riding (by me)

she's doing great today, her mum is keeping her warm and she's feeding well

well, you get 2 horses who love each other, and then let them make a baby horse, as for the future, the daddy horse hasnt called or text the mummy horse yet so its not looking good

think they mean what parentage are the parents?, mum looks quite heavy with a lot of feather, dad thoughbred, warm blood?

sorry I missed that

Mum is Irish draught x dales
Dad is full Arab

she's going to be a decent looking horse cloud9
she's very steady on her feet, was up and about within 10mins of birth, none of this "Bambi on ice" business for her.

around 15H give or take..can't be certain due to the cross breeding

she is pretty tall compared to the Pure Arab Foals my otherhalf has delivered

she is full of her self, very livley and charging round the maternity paddock with her mum...will get some more pictures today smile

D'aww! First foal for mum?

Always gives me pause when herd animals manage to give birth to something so well developed that it can run within a few hours of being born.
