There were a couple of male cats in the hall of residence when I was at uni who took turns mounting each other. They seemed quite content with the arrangement.

If this is actually a serious thread OP, I'd suspect your cat has diarrhoea, unless you've seen him passing normal faeces. In my experience that's the most common cause of sore rings for cats.
