And fivos, don’t forget him!

Yes, both are absolutely grand, asleep at my feet as we speak, zoe is actually getting on a bit now, starting to slow down and ache, only feels like perhaps 2 years ago we got her, but must be about 6 years now!

Sorry, and Fivos.

Was watching a programme on Greek artifacts/relics and they used the word Hellenic and it reminded me of Zoe.

I'm really pleased they are both fine.

What are the chances of you stopping at that exact spot and hearing her inside the box? That is one very lucky dog. Really great job, you saved that little pups life and gave her a home.

The kestrel thread

Reminded me of Zoe and Fivos again.

How are they?

Just found this thread via a link on the 'rescue dog from abroad' thread, only read the opening post and this one, what an amazing story!

Late visitor to this thread but we have a couple of rescue dogs, one of which is from Macedonia. Pretty sure she's a Greek harehound cross (even down to the crossed legs pose in one of your photos, we call her Lady Fancypants biggrin ), other is a collie cross of some description. Here's the two of them making shapes.

Lovely story by the way. cloud9

Can't beat a great rescue story but this is another level! Well done, faith in humanity restored.

We have two rescues a red setter and a one eyed Romanian Street dog, a Pumi, that we got last year. It's the best feeling knowing where they've come from to where they are now, living the high life.
