Look at the Barkingheads range. British company. Or Orijen -canadian. Or Ziwipeak- new Zealand.

All very low grain with no wheat/corn and a step above jwb or proplan (though I have to say my dog did very well on proplan for over 8yrs, I looked for alternatives when he went off the senior version)

Feed them raw meat and you will avoid wheat/cereals etc.... But other than that there are various natural products which can be used depending on what the cause is... A company called Ainsworths can advise.....
