White German Shepard found

Found by fishermen in a state of collapse, vet euthanised it, located Hatfield area.

The male dog, a white heavy coated German Shephard was found along the river by a fisherman who alerted the RSPCA.
Sadly, following the advice of a Vet, the dog had to be put to sleep. He was neither microchipped or wearing a collar.
