Hope your ok Mike, I still miss Terri every single day, it just hurts less when I think of her now (lost her in November 13)

Getting better, thanks for asking, i'm now sponsoring a couple of bunnies at a local rescue centre rather than trying to replace my two.

That's nice of you, I could never replace Terri but she left Gareth behind & when he started pulling his hair out, grunting at me when I went to stroke him & charged at me when I reached to fill his water bowl I knew I had to get another bun for him.

I wasn't really ready for another and i've struggled bonding with her but she makes him really happy so in turn i'm happy x

Completely understand, i was on the point of getting my boy bunny a new mate, didn't like seeing him on his own, then he became unwell so quickly had no choice but to put him to sleep, they are fantastic pets with their own personalities

They've only just bonded, this time last week there was clumps of fur all over the garden from the running battles, I put them in each others hutches that were due cleaning and they got used to each others smell. wink

Take it easy on the lettuce, it can cause diahorroea (sp?). Cabbage is safer. Dandelion (gathered away from roadside) and clover is much better.

They only get a leaf each, it looks a lot as I tore it up into small pieces, the guinea pigs came and hoovered up what was left. biggrin

I'd never considered getting lops until I rescued my two, I can't believe how friendly they are, compared to my 2 highly strung Dutchies!!! laugh

they are on the 5th Cardboard castle

Ah well it keeps them entertained and minimises the damage they do to the rest of the furniture
