Anyone work/volunteer for a conversation organisation?

Hi, I've tried this in the business section didn't get a response, so thought I'd try it here, although am still not sure it's the right place!

I have a business idea that involves working with conservation groups to help increase their profile and raise funds. I'd like to speak to anyone involved so as to best understand their needs in such a relationship and also to see if my idea would work.

What kind of conservation? Countryside? Buildings? Cars?

Was thinking more animals and nature.

Might be able to help a bit. Have done far too much volunteering and also worked for a couple of organisations.

In countryside management at the moment (not quite conservation) and I've never been a company director in the sector but may be able to help a bit.

A very good friend of mine volunteers for Secret World. Odd that someone on here (the great anonymous internet) might know her!

What's her first name? I don't know many of the others as I used to work the late shift and currently just do response driving due to living further away now.

Kiri, been with them a couple of years I guess. Always seems to have a house full of rescued bats recently.

I dropped a hedgehog there last summer and loved it when i finally got the phonecall to say "your hedgehog is ready" €:-)

What exactly do conversation organisations do? Are they just somewhere for people to go and chat? :-)

Don't think I know her. I have released a few bats recently so some of them may have been cared for by her.
