I think anyone that incapable of accepting the existence of dogs should move somewhere you don't see them, such as Syria.

Don't really agree with the muzzled bit but in a town or in parks near children playing etc I think they should be kept on a lead. I realise the average PH owner has their dog trained to security force/police standards however the vast majority of the public are less accomplished trainers.

You can report it to the council you know.

We hate it too because our dogs want to bark back so can't stay out in the garden.

As for silent dogs, our two males are generally silent but they would be the last thing any burglar saw on this earth....
