Anyone experienced this in their dog?
A friends dog RebusI looked after a week ago seemed to have a swollen eye which I pointed out. He has since taken him to the vet and they are talking of glaucoma or possibly a tumour at the back of the eyefrown I think he will now be refered to an eye specialist vet( whatever they are called}
ATM Rebus is on painkillers.

All I can say is they need to get referred asap to a veterinary opthalmologist to see if the eye can be saved. If glaucoma and treatment is quick they may save it if not enucleation is almost inevitable (esp if it is a tumour)

Hope their dog is ok.

He seems fine thank you. I have him for a week as owner has had a knee operation.
Rebus is on CarbrodylF 50mg twice a day until Monday when we hope the vet will give referal details.
