Newest addition to our family (well my mums new dog anyway) picked her up yesterday from a rescue in Surrey. She's 5 years old, greyhound and saluki cross. Horribly neglected and 7kgs underweight and recovering from an OP to have half her tail removed.

Rescued dogs know they have been rescued.

Odin getting bigger asleep with Lola wearing his cape of calm lol.....he wouldn't sleep unless wearing it. Still the same now and he is 2.5 years old. Both dogs are fab, I'll be absolutely gutted when they eventually go
they seem to be getting on ok.biggrin
The beauty of having more than one Dog is watching how they relate to each other its just wonderful.

Our lab is as quiet as you could wish for but the dobe is loud, until Lola gets fed up and puts Odin in his place. Dangerous dog is a Doberman lol

Typically my family wait until after I've moved out to get a dog...

Enter Seb, currently 13 weeks and in the house for about 10 days now. He's a Labradoodle, golden Lab & mini poodle.

Very smart dog, house trained (barring v. occasional overnight wetting) within 3 days, already sits on command and fetches (the dropping is the hard bit!), working on "paw" and waling to heel now.

Playing in the grass:

Favourite sleep/ive been naughty and nobody can get me spot - whilst he still fits!

So he's grown up a bit and is now about 7 months old:

Photo taken after a manic trip to the park where he encountered a 7 month old cockapoo and an 8 month old golden doodle!

Willow on a walk by the river erme on Dartmoor today. Up till today he's point blank refused to follow me out here and likes to stick to his walk round the block. Think he's finally realised it's more fun here.
