I'm sure I've seen a Kong in one of your photos, do you use it with his food inside? Or what about getting him a different mind stimulation toy to keep him from running around, one like Nina Ottosson's - http://www.nina-ottosson.com/

They have them on Amazon - http://www.amazon.co.uk/s/ref=nb_sb_ss_c_0_8?url=s... <-- some more durable that others depends if Logan destroys instead of playing with toys.

ordered this bunch.

http://www.shop.nina-ottosson.com/all-products/3-g...

not sure what he will make of them. probably just smash them to pieces.

He is a very intelligent dog, but more academically minded than common sense.

I can tell that by the way he tries to jump in the jeep before I open the door.

Yes. Full pedigree Fox Red Lab, he's a gun dog by family lineage but is just a big soft lump of a pet to me.
Alfie tips the scales at 37kg but the vet says he's in perfect shape and in perfect health. Just muscle from walking and chasing the neighbourhood cat.. hehe

He got attacked a couple of weeks ago by a Burmese Mountain dog which has left his left eye scratched so he's on antibiotics to help that. frown

Just as a side note, i've noticed my local TK Maxx now has a large selection of dog stuff - toys, poop bags, bowls, beds etc.

Got a tuffy donut ring for £8 which is about the same as online - but the bonus of actually having it. And 60 bio-degradable, scented XL poo bags for £2.

Good luck Carla frown

We found lumps around one of her teats last week.
She is booked in for surgery tomorrow, including removal of 'female bits' as well as lumps.
No food from 18-00 hrs tonight. Going in at 08-20 hrs tomorrow.
Wish her luck and a fast recovery.... especially in this heat !!
