We made the trip of 1,400 miles to Spain and Lottie is recovering after partying in The Irish Bar/Moraira until 0330 am.

Everyone here thinks she is lovely and she is coping with the temperature really well, especially as she jumped in the pool yesterday afternoon.
Out of interest what happens to dogs on the ferry? Do they have to go in kennels?
Not sure as we took Eurotunnel.

I think Dover-Calais they stay in the car?

Portsmouth-Santander you can book a cabin that accommodates dogs (not many cabins and they get booked up early in the year).
Dover calais they stay in your car.

Lottie is getting braver and will jump in (I think):

Got her eye on something and deep in thought .Did she jump in?
No, but shouted when I jumped in!

She is enjoying her holiday very much. Just back from a local pub and, well photo to folllow to show how chilled Lottie is.

She's landed, she's 12 weeks on Friday. First two nights went ok, very little noise.

Dogs are amazing creatures.

Feeling bad right now after shutting my cheeky boy in the kitchen. He wants my food.

He's obsessed with sticks. (Last winter in the Lakes)

I fed them a huge portion of raw turkey after a long walk in the sun... they were all sleeping behind my chair taking it in turns to release noxious clouds frown

yes Hardy old bugger he was. Our new one has everything going wrong with him! Severe Heart murmur, Cushing's Syndrome (pants, drinks 5+ bowls of water a day, pot belly, fur falling out, arthritis) and to top it all he is deaf!

But I love him to bits and I would have 10 if I could get away with it smile

Me and Teds met a sheep in the park! But nobody had told the sheep that it was a sheep. Consequently it thought it was a dog.

Yeh mine is now deaf. He hears very high pitch, loud noises but it's quite sad.

Shame that King Charles seem to suffer from bad health.. They are such good dogs!

Rosie's week in Devon, spent many hours racing along the beach. This involved lots of ball work and weirdly sleeping back at base, more so than usual . She totally loved the place.
