I settled down to watch the F1 qualifying highlights last night - the dogs had other ideas...

Great pic, nothing like watching a group of mutts playing....

now at 4 and a half.

this was taken a couple of weeks ago to be used as the invite to Mrs Westberks upcoming big birthday with the caption, "don't worry mummy, it's only a number!".....

i won't put which birthday as she's taken it pretty well so far and that could change at any time!!! biggrin

the much missed Deefa who preceeded Riley

same breed, completely different characters; both great companions though.

getting your testicles cold and wet never appealed to my Bullmastiff
He's decided he likes it now so jumps in the water any time he gets close enough.

After our beloved BullMastiff passed away earlier this year I swore that I wouldn't replace him.
Yet here we are with this tiny Shepherd who hasn't had a great start in life.
He went to the Vets today and he has put on 600grammes 4 days which might not seem like much but it is about 30% of his body weight just a week ago.
Turns out we have created a monster and the whole house seems to revolve around his needs

Bella. 10 month old cocker.

If she's not rolling in fox poo, she's swimming in the river.

Hilarious! No, her collar was full of muck from the day before. The harness has a loop for her lead so I use it when the collar is out of action. As I say above, it's usually coated in fox poo.

Pretty dog, is he/she a true Goldie or is there a bit if something else in the mix?

Too windy. The plan was to get the train up to the summit and walk down, however, dogs aren't allowed on the train so had to walk up and walk down grumpy. Was my first time visiting Wales and I didn't find it very dog friendly at all, on the other hand the roads are fantastic!

I'm picking up this one later. He's stuck in the vets after we cleared out a gypsy camp of the ill treated animals a couple of weeks ago, nowhere to go and I felt sorry for him so looks like I've got a new addition laugh
