I haven't said anything here but on 24/11/14, I had to say goodbye to my beloved greyhound Meg.

We'd had seven wonderful years together.

I swear, not a single day went by when that dog didn't do something to make me laugh out loud.

She helped us through some real lows and she shared the good times too.

It was an absolute privilege to have her as our best pal.

So, after a very difficult ten days, on Friday night, we set off on a 420 mile round trip to collect another deserving doggie from the SSPCA in Thurso.

Breezer is a 4 year old lurcher who had been with the SSPCA for two months.

I think she's happy in her new home.

She's great.
Sorry for your loss.

Cramp setting after an hour of the above, but Lottie looks so relaxed I don't have the heart to move her.

Apologies for poor quality photo.
Love it. That's the way my cat lies on me for hours on end.

The funny thing is, she is the most placid and easy going cat you could ever find and as a rule they get on, Daisy sometimes wants a play and rather than retaliating; Jazzy (cat) just moves out of her way, so I'm not sure what the issue is when it comes to the stairs, if it had been our other cat; who is no longer with us, then I could totally understand the problem as she could be evil.
