we are thinking of one of those for a pal for Logan
I think Logan would enjoy that - he certainly looks to have a fun life; be nice to have a pal to share it with.

As LordHaveMurci said on a previous page, Border Terriers aren't really phased by the size of other dogs. Our girl has doggy friends that she'll rough and tumble with that are all the way up to a Bernese Mountain Dog cross!

Funniest sight for me was her wading in to a pack of 3 Weimerarners that we regularly meet on walks. They were all having a growly, barging, tumbling, bundle and she went in between them snapping and yapping with the best of them - it was like watching a 5 foot referee sort out a rugby scrum punch up! smile

He'll be alright..give it a few weeks and I'm sure they will be best fwends.smile

Besides, he's with me in the office today so he's very chipper, bouncing about like a boss..although that's largely down to Milo being left at home.

If things couldn't get any worse for Marley, the misses thinks it's ok to emasculate my poor boy.

With the new St Bernard on his patch and now being dressed like a sissy girl he has every right to look proper fed up.

how could you do it to the poor lad. What a face though he could break your heart with just one glance

83kg is mad. I always knew they were big but I assumed most of it was coat. Such a wonderful looking breed though.

Which part of the canal or river is that?

Think I walked past your place tonight if I remember you correctly saying you could see the yellow boat from your house. . If your dog went beserk at about 8pm it was cos Logan was barking at a springer.

Brilliant - reminds me of the WW1 Old Bill cartoon: "if you know's of a better 'ole - go to it!"

And I thought we had problems with 2 terriers digging! smile

My dear, dear Sonny was put to sleep yesterday. He was the most loving, kindest most adorable and sweetest dog I have ever owned. Never had a bad bone in his body and I (and his Lhasa sister) miss him terribly. You know its the right thing to do but its still hell. Poor boy was only 9 1/2.
