Took some quick snaps whilst playing around with a decent camera for once!

and finally a classic scenario he encounters - lets move/drag/roll-up rugs and mats and then fold ourselves in such a way to fit on them when we realise there's nothing else left to lie on..

I'm actually constantly surprised that nobody seems to have heard of Yellow Dog.

I got a bundle of the leaflets when I bought the ribbons and stuff. My intention was to stick them on the poo bins in the park to raise awareness but, I'm afraid, I haven't succeeded in putting any up yet.
I must admit, I've never heard of this.

Seeing the yellow ribbon I'd have just presumed it was a charity thing or similar.

I will keep an eye out in future.

It is not that well publicised in this country I don't think, I only became aware from a small poster in the corner of our vets waiting room.

I often see yellow on a dog and automatically associate Dogs Trust.

Lovely looking pooch. Do you find anyone knows what the yellow ribbons are for? I only ask as I'm contemplating putting a couple on our yorkie as I'm trying to stop him saying hello to EVERYBODY and sometimes i don't get chance to tell people to ignore him. I have a feeling most people will just think he's even cuter and say hello more. Maybe a "Killer Dog do not approach" sign would be a better option.
Lovely pics! One of my 3 is a yellow dog too and definitely more people are aware of the campaign now than a couple of years ago when we first got it. We have the same lead and also a ribbon but the lead is the best. You can also get harness patches. smile

She's been playing too much frisbee today, so it's time to sleep on the back of the couch!

Carp phone pic of the hound actually enjoying the treat I gave him about three days ago.

Obviously tasted better after being exhumed from the garden!

Visited Westonbirt Arboretum, near Tetbury in the Cotswolds today with these two. Great place to visit with a dog. Also had a little look around Westonbirt - what an absolutely stunning picture postcard hamlet.

Yep - she’s been brilliant apparently. She’s always been a bit of a flighty nutter (Standard ESS really!) but she’s looking after them brilliantly.

Nero got his first Rosette's today. Only a local council fete for a bit of fun but we're still proud of him. Best Puppy and Best in Show.

Cheers
He's getting on a bit now, going a bit deaf and blind and nigh on toothless now, but he's great until he decides to wipe a mouthful of drool on you!
