Bit early for neutering in a large dog imo. Charley above still has his, 18 months maybe dependant on advice, though if it slows him down from chasing every bh in the county.
Poss tiny bit young but labxcollie isn't such a large breed, I'd have suggested 12 months unless behaviour advised earlier. 18 months more for your large-giants. Mastiff, great Danes. Newfy's etc. Full lab/ retrievers etc 12-15monthsparakitaMol. said:

How is Milo?
Hmmm.....Difficult tbh.The Metacam and diet change have deffo made a difference, but its kind of like hes had a mini stroke is the only way to describe him. Hes very unsteady on his feet and holds his head at odd angles on occasion. Quite sad really. He is eating a lot better and seems brighter, but he isnt the dog we call Puppy and know and love any more sadly.
Thanks for asking, its appreciated.

So sorry to hear this. I think he is about the same age as Holly was and it hurts to know you cannot do anymore for them other than keep them comfortable. Awww poor Milo, it sounds like vestibular disease. Good to hear that he's enjoying his food though. The Metacam and diet change have deffo made a difference, but its kind of like hes had a mini stroke is the only way to describe him.
