this our white german shepherd called Skye!
she is around 16 months old now!

we picked her up at 9 weeks old but got to visit her at around 4 and 7 weeks!

this was her at 4 weeks.. looked nothing like a german shepherd!

and this was around 7 weeks, looking a bit more german shepherd like... ish...

this is her around the 4 month mark, sitting by, what she tells me, is her favourite wheel design of all time!

took her to visit her namesake last summer, spent 4 days on the isle of skye! here she is tending to and keeping an eye on some animals! this is her just under a year!

these 2 are more recent! the last one was taken just last weekend!

shes a great dog, enjoys playing fatch which is great for tiring her out during the summer! very intelligent aswell! i didnt want a big dog as a first dog but the missus chose otherwise, thankfully she is very small for her breed!

shes a good one though!

Oskar Vizsla looking mortified. Can you guess what he did?

Hint: his blue weimy sister looks like she's about to start her first season....(Osk is snipped...)

If he's anything like my Viz cross he'll always be in trouble for something or other, one reason I'm sure that's what he is x. And I also had a Weim before, find them and Viz's pretty similar temperament; IE blo0dy hard work!!

I twigged that one when I re-read smile

The word I would use for ours is relentless, four years old and only just beginning to calm down!

I love gundog breeds, aren't they all known to be hard work? hehe

Our Pointers are just nearing 18 months old and are showing real teenager behaviour recently.

They're manageable - but prospective owners need to do their homework and to have realistic expectations.

They don't need running up mountains for 3hrs a day (but can more than handle that if required). But if they don't have some exercise, stimulationn and the company of their human(s) they'll put their intelligence and inquisitivenss and energy to work and start to redecorate your home wink

All imo: but they're not suited to first time dog owners. No good if left alone. And work better if there's >1 of them...

I was thinking this about Hattie before as she is just absolutely bonkers. Poor Terrence has chilled out quite a lot and she runs him ragged... Have read raw diet can have a positive effect on mad dogs?

Daisy is calmer since being put on a raw diet; still a bit mad though, as is Barry, he's on a raw diet too.

Cheers FtK, she's my babe. 3 years old and still acts like a puppy.

Just for you
