Turn7. This is Bryn next to Lucy. He is 10kg but she looks as big as him due to her fluffiness smile. Mabel is 12.5kg at the mo.

Neville had a wonderful weekend at his first agility competition. He got 3 clears, a second (unplaced) and.... A FIRST! I am SO proud of my 'rescue street dog to superdog'...... as he was pretty unruly and wild when he first joined my pack, no recall whatsoever, an IMMENSE prey drive and totally unconnected to humans, (abandoned ex hunting dog from Spain) I have put in immensely long hours of training and he also became an official PAT dog last month as well. Bursting with pride today smile

Thanks Bex, I found him via DogWatch East Midlands based but link with shelters in Spain, Ireland and Romania - I wanted another hound breed and searched rescues for one with the right temperament for my Dachshies so another scent hound was a good fit and we started agility in order to connect and bond - I still can't trust him off lead near woods as his kill list is impressive - but I have got him rather obsessed with a ball launcher from day 1 which keeps him really focussed - the beach is perfect for off lead and his agility gets him thinking and working with me closely - I love it and I love working with him. smile

Smaller post from me this time. Not been racing as I have been a plank and hurt one of my ankles.

We have been playing hide n seek

Found her

Today we have been to visit the old guy. Barney (the in laws lab) is Summer's best friend but at 15 now he is a bit too fragile to play with. They used to chase each other around, knock each other over and roll about the place. The poor old guy has enough trouble just walking these days.

At least he can still manage a smile, but hey what old man would be upset about a pretty girl less than half their age coming to visit lol.

And he does still want to play even if the body isnt able

In other news I have been putting some thought towards expanding the fleet. This little guys isnt mine but its what we will be after if I can sway the Mrs. Just look at him !! Why do they have to grow up.
